Jeremy was commissioned by the owners to provide full concept design, 3D visualization and creative direction for the cafes unique façade and porous stone structure renovation. The design incorporates various reclaimed material elements, innovative low impact zoning and controls design, as well as LED lighting. All the building materials were supplied from within the country to minimize carbon footprint and support from subcontractors and tradespeople during construction development was locally sourced.
