MB Development commissioned Jeremy to pre-construction visualize the Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach, Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, and Bay Harbor Hotels in Miami Florida for internal buy-in, owner approval, city approvals, advertising and marketing initiatives as well as architectural, landscape and interior design synopsis. Jeremy helped MB utilize highly efficient BIM modeling software to streamline accuracy and updates from their 3D master plan hotel models directly to his visualization scene models during project development resulting in a shorter 3D visualization production life-cycle with fewer review rounds. Jeremy was tasked with creating multiple 3D virtual scenes that showcase the companies design intent while maintaining true representation of materials and finishes as well as a high level of fidelity and realism in the corresponding 3D renderings.
